Membership scheme
Membership
- Members benefit from a discount on additional treatments in any calendar month
- Members receive preferred pricing on upgrades.
- There is a rejoining fee of £10 for past members.
- All memberships can be cancelled at the end of any month once joined, for any reason
Full Membership
- All Full Memberships are 12 direct debit payments
- Full Members may end a membership agreement at any time at the end of every month
- Members may gift or transfer massages to friends, family, and colleagues (max 3x per calendar year to any single person).
- Full Memberships may be put ‘on hold’ for up to 2 months, with £10 being paid for each month of the pause.
- Full Memberships are not transferable, but massages can be gifted as above.
- All Full memberships auto-renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term, with a month’s notice to cancel.
General Terms and Conditions
- Medical Massage and Detox is not responsible for lost articles or items and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue our massages for any reason.
- We reserve the right to change guidelines, terms, conditions, opening hours or pricing at any time by providing reasonable notice of such a change.
- All appointments are 100% payable at the point of booking. You may cancel or reschedule appointments with no charge any time before the close of business on the day before. Same day cancellations or appointment changes will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and 100% if you cancel inside 1 hour of the appointment or do not show up.
- You must be over 16 (Under 18 will have parental supervision & written consent)

You can have your membership start on the same day or choose the day you would like it to start

Membership can be cancelled within one month for any reason

No, the membership is a single membership for one person you can share or gift a massage 3x
per year to relative, family or friend.
How do members book their massage treatments after paying their direct debit?
You can book online on the website booking system on the phone, face to face and by email.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time within the year at the end of every month, for any reason.
Is my membership transferable?
It is non-transferable to any other person.
