Meet Therapist Catiana
Originally from Haiti, Catiana grew up in Paris before moving to London where she worked for many years with the NHS. Her decision to train as a therapist arose after giving her mother a massage during a family visit in 2019. The experience of helping her mother de-stress and relax through massage gave. Catiana a deep sense of fulfilment and inspired her to begin the journey she is on now. Catiana has since obtained her ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage along with further diplomas in Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head massage deep tissue and manual lymphatic drainage.
Catiana tailors each treatment to effectively address the individual needs of her clients, focusing on relieving stress and tension in a relaxed and nurturing environment. She is a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

Jesse has attained his level 3 qualification in massage therapy. He has a comprehensive knowledge of deep tissue and Swedish methods he also specialises in shiatsu and remedial massage.
As a teacher of yoga and stretchologist he also incorporates various assisted Stretching techniques into his treatments in order to initiate and guide the reconstruction of muscle tissue to effect measurable and lasting change on your body. He is also qualified in pranayama (Breathwork instruction), yoga nidra (guided visualisation) and counselling techniques which have multiple applicable benefits allowing him to reliably alleviate both physical and mental ailments ranging from everything from back pain to insomnia.
His stated aim is to work diligently to alleviate suffering and facilitate insight to the best of his ability for betterment of his community in service to all living things.
