As part of our post-natal care, we have created a special post-natal massage to care for you every step of the way. During each session, we work out tension whilst taking care of tendons and soft tissue as your body adjusts, ensuring that every experience is unique to you, based on our special supports that cradle the ever changing shape of your body in complete comfort. It is only suitable for women 8 weeks post-partum, 6 months after caesarean section, and after their final midwife's check-up.
